General competence:
The general competence of this title is to install, setting up and maintaining systems with, isolated or network, as well as local networks in small environments, ensuring their functionality and applying the quality protocols, safety and respect for the environment established.
Professional competencies:
– Determine the logistics associated with facility operations, configuration and maintenance of systems with, interpreting the associated technical documentation and organizing the necessary resources.
– Install and configure computers and peripherals, ensuring their performance in terms of quality and safety.
– Install and configure basic and application software, ensuring their performance in terms of quality and safety.
– Rethinking the wiring and electronics of local networks in small environments and its connection with wide area networks channeling to a higher level the assumptions that need it.
– Install and configure wired LANs, Wireless or mixed and their connection to public networks, ensuring their performance in terms of quality and safety.
– Install, set up and maintain services multiuser, applications and devices in a LAN environment, taking into account the needs and requirements specified.
– Functional testing with systems and intranets, locating and diagnosing malfunctions, to check and adjust its operation.
– Keep with systems and local networks, replacing, updating and adjusting its components, to ensure the performance of the system in terms of quality and safety.
– Execute procedures of recovery of data and applications to failure and loss of data in the system, to ensure the integrity and availability of information.
– Develop technical and administrative documentation of the system, full compliance with regulation of the sector, for maintenance and customer assistance.
– Prepare estimates of measurement systems meeting the requirements of the customer.
– Advise and assist the client, channeling the assumptions that require it to a higher level, to find adequate solutions to the needs of this.
– Apply security standards and protocols, quality and respect for the environment in the work carried out.
– Create and manage a small business, conducting a study of viability of products, planning of production and marketing.
