SpainSkills
The Department of computer science of the IES. Valley of the Cidacos participates at Spainskills, providing two teachers and a participant for the competition to represent at all the Rioja.
- Alexis Javier Benalcazar: Student representative of the Rioja in the skill of Office Automation.
- Victor Eraso: Teacher tutor in the skill of Office Automation.
- Javier Rojas: An expert at the skill design Web.
What is Spainskills??
It is the Spanish competition to select the members of the Spanish team vocational training which would represent Spain in the competitions international WorldSkills and EuroSkills.
In this national competition they participated all the communities and autonomous cities and is promoted from the Ministry of education with the support of important sponsors.
The Organization of this competition aims to promote vocational training studies, stimulating and motivating students, improving the quality of vocational training Spanish while at the same time seeks to recognize and encourage the work of teachers, creating a point of encounter between the professional, the teachers and the future professional, fostering thus the relations between the different centers Spanish.
The term used for “Aptitudes” (In English Skill), It denotes the practical nature of the tests as well as the knowledge geared to the world of work.
