General competence:

The general competence of the title consists of administrative support activities in the workplace, accounting, commercial, financial and tax, as well as the customer/user care, both public and private companies, applying the regulations and quality protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction and acting on prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection regulations.

Professional competencies:

– Processing documents or internal or external communications in any company information.
– Prepare documents and communications from orders received or information obtained.
– Classify, record and archive communications and documents according to the appropriate techniques and the parameters established in the enterprise.
– Registered accounting documentation support to the operations of the company in terms of safety and quality.
– Carry out administrative formalities of Treasury, following standards and protocols established by the management in order to maintain the liquidity of the Organization.
– Carry out the administrative procedures in the areas of selection and training of the human resources of the company, to conform to the current regulations and company policy, under the supervision of the superior head of the Department.
– Provide administrative support in the area of labour-management of the company to conform to the regulations and under the supervision of the superior head of the Department.
– Carry out the administrative procedures of the commercial activity registering the documentation corresponding to certain fiscal obligations support.
– Play care to the client/user activities in the administrative and commercial area ensuring the standards of quality established and related to the image of the company/institution.

The general competence of this title consists of organize and carry out the operations of management and administration in the business processes, labour, accounting, fiscal and financial of a public or private undertaking, applying the regulations and quality management protocols, managing information, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer or user and acting according to the rules of prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection.

Professional competencies:

This professional will be able to:

  • Processing documents or internal or external communications in any company information.
  • Prepare documents and communications from orders received, information obtained and / or detected needs.
  • Classify, record and archive communications and documents according to the appropriate techniques and the parameters established in the enterprise.
  • Manage business administrative processing processes in relation to commercial areas, financial, accounting and tax, with an integrative vision of them.
  • Carry out the accounting and tax management of the company, according to administrative processes and procedures, applying current regulations and in conditions of safety and quality.
  • Supervise the treasury management, raising financial resources and the feasibility study of investment projects, following the established norms and protocols.
  • Organize and supervise the administrative management of company personnel in accordance with current labor regulations and established protocols.
  • Perform administrative management of business processes, carrying out documentation tasks and negotiation activities with suppliers, and advice and customer relationship.
  • Process and carry out administrative management in the presentation of documents in different organizations and public administrations, in the required time and form.
