Last February the last defenses of research projects carried out by the second class of the School of Excellence IES the Cidacos Valley of Calahorra took place. This time it was the turn of the discipline of Chemistry with the following exhibitions:
1.-Víctor Fernández Zárate Robín: Crystals: crystallization conditions and lattices
2.-Ivan Castellanos Gurrea: Determination of fluorine in toothpastes
3.-Maria Calvo Blazquez: Determination of acidity in commercial vinegars
These three young researchers made us participants in their learning, mainly developed in the laboratories of the Department of Chemistry at the University of La Rioja, thanks to an agreement that this school has signed with this entity.
Tutors belong to the Department of Physics and Chemistry of IES Valle del Cidacos
As on previous occasions they asked students, in addition to the Educational Excellence, Excellence in English Linguistics, so much of his presentation was developed in this language.
