On the basis of the need of fostering communicative competence in the Center (essential goal of our PLC), auxiliary native English conversation used to be able to provide our students the possibility of having a weekly hour of English conversation in small groups of 6-7 students. It is a very positive experience in the teaching hours of English and being quite numerous groups, It is not possible to meet the oral expression as well as we'd like. Foreign languages are practiced at oral level in these classes, both comprehension and expression. Classes take place outside school hours, a partir de las 14:20.
In order to promote the communicative competence of our school students (main purpose of our PLC), some native language assistants are used by students to have an extra English conversation lesson every week. Students are arranged in small groups of 6 or 7 people so they are able to talk in English with a higher frequency than what they are used to in class. These lessons are held outside school timetable.
