For the second time this course, We are pleased to inform you that on the date 03 of June of 2022, The calls for Erasmus+ mobilities have been published, both for intermediate and higher degrees, which can be carried out between September and December of the next academic year by newly graduated students or those who wish to carry out the FCT (practices) in one of the countries covered by the Erasmus+ program. Also, Interested parties are informed that the next Wednesday 15 June one is summoned briefing both during the day and in the evening at the following times:

From the center we have been promoting these experiences for many years since we consider that they not only enrich on a professional level but also on a personal level.

The past 16 On March, the 1st year students of the Middle Grade Cycle of Care for People in a Situation of Dependency of the Valle del Cidacos Institute held an information and awareness workshop on the grieving process. The different reactions, especially emotional ones that appear, as well as the different tasks that a person has to face after experiencing a loss..
This workshop was given by Ana Ortiz, psychologist from the Comprehensive Care Program for People with Advanced Illnesses of the La Caixa Foundation, within the framework of the module “Characteristics and Needs of People in a Situation of Dependency.”.
The workshop is framed in the objective that the program proposes at the community level to raise awareness and bring the grieving process closer to children and adolescents..
Objective more than achieved, not one or two but a total of 51 bilingual and non-bilingual students in 3rd ESO, 4ºESO and Baccalaureate from IES Valle del Cidacos certify B1 levels, B2 and C1 from EOI and Cambridge: 10 students in B1, 22 students in B2 and what is more difficult 19 students in C1.
The IES Valle del Cidacos is a center that places great emphasis on language training and the results support us. From the course 2008/2009 With the bilingual section, the center has been configured to offer all students a quality training that addresses their diversity with the possibility of expanding language training.
The center offers the largest educational offer in La Rioja Baja: ESO, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Social Sciences and Humanities and Bachelor of Arts, Vocational Training and the Program for Educational Quality and Excellence in Baccalaureate.
In addition, It has a bilingual modality which allows students to have more hours of exposure to the English language.. They not only study English but also in different subjects such as Physical Education, Plastic education, Biology and geology, Physics and chemistry, among others, students expand their vocabulary and specific expressions and practice what they have learned. On the other hand, the center makes available to all students the possibility of enjoying various experiences abroad where they test their competence in English and French. Thanks to all this, students are more prepared to obtain a certification that will greatly benefit them in their higher education and in their work experience.
This is how we can verify it with the students who study the Educational Quality and Excellence in Baccalaureate educational program when they make their defenses in English or French. Students with 12 years they started in 1st ESO and they finish the stage with 18 years demonstrating high linguistic competence.
The management team of the center is proud of the work of the teachers, as well as the effort of the students together with the essential collaboration of the families, and congratulate everyone for their effort and preparation.
