NEW CALLS FOR COURSE 2024-2025

Call for proposals for the allocation of:

• 10 higher degree scholarships Erasmus+ mobility
• 5 middle grade scholarships Erasmus+ mobility

Documentation:

Objective of the practices: To provide students the opportunity to have a work experience in countries of the EU., improve the knowledge of a language abroad and know other forms of work, cultures and ways of life.

Maximum duration of the practices: of 2 a. 3 months

Period of practices (FCT): The practices will be carried out in the period between the months of March and June of 2025 or between the months of September to December 2025. There is also the possibility of doing internships as postgraduates during the summer or during the next course as long as there is a firm commitment to carry it out on that date..

Nature of the practices: Unremunerated practices.

Term of presentation of requests: Faith. 16 October of 2024 to friday 5 November of 2024.

The mobility grant: Variable depending on various aspects of the mobility.

Requirements: Students interested in participating in this program must meet the following requirements:

• The nationality of a country participating in the programme Erasmus of the European Union or a country associated to the program. In the case of students who do not possess the nationality of a country participating in the Erasmus programme , You must prove that you are in possession of a valid permit to reside in the host country during the mobility period.
• Be enrolled in this institute and have the first approved course during the academic year 2023/2024 and the first evaluation of the second year during the academic year 2024/2025.
• Have good language skills necessary to communicate in the destination country Written and spoken.
• Absence of criminal record and, depending on the case, for sexual offenses (specific for the Higher Degree Cycle of Early Childhood Education).

By Resolution of the Secretary of State for Education and Vocational Training (Extract from the BOE call of the 17 March), they have summoned scholarships for students pursuing post-compulsory studies in the academic year 2023-2024.

The deadline for submitting applications at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training starts on 27 March and ends on 17 may of 2023.

One more year the IES Valle del Cidacos, as a Cambridge exam preparation center, going to take KET exams, PET ,FIRST and CAE open to their students and the general public.

On July 9, KET exams will be performed (A2), PET ( B1) and CAE (C1) and on July 23 the FIRST will be held (B2) , everyone in that center. The registration period for the different exams is as follows:

Last monday 25 of april we welcomed, after two years of hiatus, to the members of the exchange that our 3rd ESO students carry out with the institute Schlossgymnasium de Kirchheim (Germany).

On this occasion they have visited us 23 students accompanied by teachers Marlies and Bernadette. During the 7 days that have been, In addition to living with the students of our center and their families, they have known the IES Valle del Cidacos and the city of Calahorra. They have also made a number of outings in which they have been able to practice their Spanish and learn more about our culture.: highlight the visit to Tierra Rapaz, the excursion to Logroño and the long-awaited day of coexistence with all the participating students in Zaragoza.

The experience has been valued very positively by the participants who, like the organizers, were eager to resume pre-pandemic activities.
